Lehigh Valley Wedding Photographer

Amy + Will
wedding photography in the Lehigh Valley

Despite the rain and thunderstorms that day, Will and Amy had a beautiful wedding. My guess is that can be attributed to their love for each other, their sense of humor, first class wedding vendors all around, and attention to detail in planning- largely on the part of Amy and her mother.

Amy and Will met a few hours before their ceremony to do the majority of their portraits. (Some of the first few photographs below were taken during their first meeting.) The wedding and reception were planned to both take place at Pearl S. Buck House, a historic estate and wedding venue in Bucks County. The grounds there are absolutely gorgeous. However, in the event of rain, we planned to do the wedding portraits at the Allentown Fair Grounds, a site located near to where Amy and Will got ready that day and a place that was meaningful to the bride as she grew up in Allentown.

We decided to devote an entire entry to the early hours of our coverage of Amy and Will's day. We will do another blog entry featuring more wonderful moments and details from this wedding. There are too many to pass up! This is the Lehigh Valley wedding photography part of the day. The Bucks County wedding photography entry will come soon. Until then, we hope you'll enjoy this series of black and white photos.

Josh and Amber,
I don't think there are enough words to describe how much we love the photos and loved working with you.
Your work speaks for itself and is truely a gift but, much of what you gave us might not be clear to others if they didn't know us. For two non-photo friendly people you helped us to feel comfortable, relaxed, and to have fun. Our bridal party, who have all been in several weddings, still talk about how great you were and how much fun they had because they didn't feel like they were being pushed around.
Most importantly, we knew that you were capturing the day and all the little moments just as if we were your family and that allowed us to enjoy our day fully with no worries at all.
Thank you again,
Amy and Will

These are some of the most fun wedding photos I have ever seen. They are beautiful, narrative and relaxed. If Amy and Will would agree, we would LOVE to display some of these in the shop!
Amazing work! May and Michael
